* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HOWARD COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 740 PM CST

* AT 335 PM CST...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED HIGHWAY 33
  CLOSED BETWEEN HIGHWAY 87 AND INTERSTATE 20. IN ADDITION FLOODING
  CONTINUED ON FARM TO MARKET ROAD 818 AT MUSTANG DRAW. 

* AT 335 PM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORM 
  ACTIVITY CONTINUING ACROSS HOWARD COUNTY. AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY THROUGH 5 PM CST. 
 
IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO
ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE OVER A FLOODED ROAD. THE
