THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HOWARD COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS
  WESTERN GLASSCOCK COUNTY IN WEST TEXAS

* UNTIL 245 PM CST

* AT 1040 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING ACROSS WESTERN GLASSCOCK COUNTY INCLUDING
  INCLUDING JOHNSON AND MUSTANG DRAW NEAR HIGHWAY 137. TWO TO FOUR 
  INCHES OF RAIN   HAD FALLEN IN THIS AREA ALREADY AND MORE RAINFALL
  WILL LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE INTO HOWARD
  COUNTY AFTER 11 AM CST AND LIKELY PRODUCE FLASH FLOODING. 

DO NOT DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR
IN AUTOMOBILES.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL INUNDATE ROADS AND FARM AND RANCH LAND. DO NOT
