THROUGH CWFA TOMORROW. WITH UPPER JET AND VORT FEATURES WILL CONTINUE
TO HAVE INSTABILITY WITH MODELS SHOWING NEG LIS THURS AFTERNOON.
MODELS BRINGING WRAP-AROUND MOISTURE ACROSS NORTHWEST NV TOMORROW AND
