AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTHERN MO IS SLOWLY
RETROGRADING SOUTHWEST AND WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE A NORTHWEST FLOW ABOVE
15 THSD FEET IN SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA AND SOUTHEAST TEXAS.  THE LCH
SOUNDING SHOWS A PRECIP WATER OF 1.74 AND A CAPE OF 2362.  THIS WILL
CONTINUE TOMORROW AND FRIDAY CAUSING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS ONCE AGAIN...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE SEA BREEZE FRONT.
THE WINDS SHOULD INCREASE FROM THE SOUTHEAST TO BETWEEN 10 AND 15
MPH ON THURSDAY.  TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN NEAR NORMAL FOR THIS TIME
OF YEAR WITH AMPLE AMOUNT OF SUNSHINE.

MARINE...BOY035 SHOWED A  SOUTH WIND AT 7 MPH AND 2 FOOT SEAS.
LITTLE MORE WIND AT NIGHT IS EXPECTED WITH LIGHT WINDS DURING THE
DAY.  SEAS SHOULD REMAIN ABOUT THE SAME FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS.

SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE SEAS BREEZE FRONT TO CONTINUE
