SHELBY COUNTY IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 1025 PM CDT...FLASH FLOODING CONTINUED IN A FEW LOCATIONS ACROSS SHELBY COUNTY. SHELBY COUNTY ROAD 700 NORTH BETWEEN ROUTE 32 AND NEOGA REMIANED CLOSED DUE TO A LOCAL CREEK GOING OVER ITS BANKS. RADAR ESTIMATES FROM 1.5 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN OR MORE HAS FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF THE COUNTY. * THUNDERSTORMS WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE TO REDEVELOP OR MOVE INTO THE COUNTY INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS.
