THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BRAZORIA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* AT 1054 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER
  GALVESTON COUNTY AND EXTREME NORTHEAST BRAZORIA COUNTY MOVING
  TOWARD THE WEST. THE GROUND IS SATURATED OVER MUCH OF BRAZORIA
  COUNTY. ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE RAPID RISES OF SMALL
  STREAMS AND CREEKS. HIGH STANDING WATER ON ROADS IS ALSO IMMINENT.
  RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED.
