  SOUTHEASTERN GARFIELD COUNTY IN NORTHEAST MONTANA

* AT 709 PM MDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL 4 MILES NORTH OF HILLSIDE...
  OR ABOUT 34 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JORDAN...MOVING EAST AT 25 MPH. THE
  HEAVIEST RAIN HAS BEEN FALLING ALONG HIGHWAY 59 BETWEEN HILLSIDE
  AND COHAGEN.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA. RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH
  FLOODING TO OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLASH
  FLOODING INCLUDE...RURAL SOUTHEASTERN GARFIELD COUNTY.

COULEES...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TOD CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.

AREA. VIS SAT SHOWS CU BUILDING UP OVER THE HIGHER TRRN OF WESTERN
MT. SKC FROM GGW-JDN WEST THIS AFTERNOON ALLOWING FOR MAX HEATING
OVER THIS AREA.

IN THE WATER VAP WATCHING TWO SHORTWAVES MOVING INTO MT. THE
STRONGER WAVE IS OVER NE NV AND NW UT MOVING NNE SHOWING SOME
DEVELOPMENT OVER ID. THE ETA CONTINUES TO TAKE THIS WAVE NORTHWARD.
THE SECOND WAVE COMES IN TWO PARTS...THE FIRST PART SHOULD STAY JUST
NORTH OF THE INTERNATIONAL BORDER...HOWEVER THE SECOND HALF IS

SATURDAY AS AN UPPER LOW SLOWLY MOVES EAST ACROSS NORTHERN CANADA.
