* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  OTTER TAIL COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA
  WADENA COUNTY IN CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 155 PM CDT

* AT 800 AM CDT...COOPERATIVE OBSERVERS REPORTED BETWEEN 1 AND 2
  INCHES OF RAIN OVERNIGHT WITH FLOODING CURRENTLY ONGOING IN A FEW
  LOCATIONS. ALTHOUGH RADAR INDICATES THAT THE RAIN HAS TEMPORARILY
  DIMINISHED IN OTTERTAIL AND WADENA COUNTIES RUNOFF WILL CONTINUE
  TO CAUSE FLOODING THROUGH THE EARLY AFTERNOON. THERE ARE
  ALSO SEVERAL OTHER RAIN BANDS SET TO MOVE INTO THE AREA FROM SOUTH
  CENTRAL MINNESOTA BY 11 AM CDT...ADDING TO THE ABUNDENT
  PRECIPIATION FROM EARLIER THIS MORNING.

* FLOODING OF ROADWAYS...LOW LYING AREAS...RIVERS AND STREAMS IN
  OTTERTAIL AND WADENA COUNTIES WILL OCCUR THROUGH 2 PM CDT.
  ADDITIONAL BASEMENT FLOODING IS ALSO POSSIBLE THROUGH EARLY
  AFTERNOON WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH
  POSSIBLE THROUGH 2 PM CDT.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.  ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
FLOAT MOST CARS DOWNSTREAM.
