  BECKER COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA
  CLAY COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 1130 AM CDT

* AT 534 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
  BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN EXTENDING FROM 25 MILES NORTHEAST
  OF DETROIT LAKES TO 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF FARGO...MOVING TO THE
  NORTH AT 30 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES OF UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAINFALL
  HAS FALLEN IN WESTERN BECKER AND SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTIES OVER THE
  PAST THREE HOURS. A SECOND BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN IS
