* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHLAND COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA 
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WAHPETON
  WILKIN COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA

* UNTIL 900 AM CDT

* AT 240 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES TO MOVE ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 4 MILES
  WEST OF ROTHSAY TO 6 MILES NORTHWEST OF WYNDMERE OR ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM 20 MILES NORTHEAST OF WAHPETON TO 30 MILES WEST OF
  WAHPETON. LITTLE MOVEMENT WAS INDICATED BY RADAR.

* ABERCROMBIE...KENT...GALCHUTT...AND WYNDMERE WILL BE AFFECTED BY   
  THE HEAVY RAIN. RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF AN INCH OR
  MORE WERE INDICATED AT ABERCROMBIE AND GALCHUTT. BASEMENT FLOODING
  HAS BEEN REPORTED IN BRECKENRIDGE.  FLOODING IS EXPECTED ALONG THE
  BOIS DE SIOUX...OTTER TAIL AND THE WILD RICE RIVER OF NORTH DAKOTA.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING
