CLOUDS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS MAY ALLOW THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP
AND WILL ADD THEM THERE.  TEMPERATURES RISING THROUGH THE 70S DUE TO
THOSE BREAKS AND WILL RAISE A CATEGORY OR SO.  MAY TWEAK WINDS A
