THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 1000 PM CDT

* AT 9 PM...STREET FLOODING IN THE CITY OF DEL RIO WAS REPORTED BY
  THE PUBLIC.  HEAVY RAINS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE EASTERN HALF OF DEL
  RIO THROUGH 930 PM WITH RAINFALL TOTALS UP TO 3 INCHES POSSIBLE.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
