* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN VICTORIA COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 215 PM CDT

* AT 1105 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER BLOOMINGTON...OR ABOUT 6 MILES WEST OF   
  PLACEDO...AND NEAR VICTORIA MOVING NORTH AT 25 MPH.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.

THE SHOWERS WERE MOVG AT A STEADY SPEED AND SHOULD NOT BE A FLOODING
PROBLEM OTHER THAN SOME LOCALIZED PONDING. WILL TWEAK ZFP TO REMOVE
MORNING WORDING. OTHERWISE FCST LOOKS GOOD.
