MCMULLEN COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 1245 AM CDT * AT 935 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN 13 MILES SOUTH OF TILDEN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE....
