  BOTTINEAU COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INCLUDING
  THE CITY OF BOTTINEAU
  ROLETTE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INCLUDING 
  THE CITY OF DUNSEITH AND ROLETTE.

* UNTIL 615 AM CDT

* AT 100 AM CDT...THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL RAIN CONTINUED FROM
  NEAR MAXBASS IN WESTERN BOTTINEAU COUNTY...THROUGH ROLETTE COUNTY.
  THE DEPUTY SHERIFF IN BOTTINEAU REPORTED 6 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE
  PAST 4 HOURS. 


EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS AND OTHER
LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT
QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY
IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
