NORTHERN GRANT COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA EASTERN BOWMAN COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA HETTINGER COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA * UNTIL 1130 PM MDT * AT 826 PM MDT...SKYWARN SPOTTERS REPORTED TWO AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HALF HOUR IN SCRANTON...ABOUT 15 MILES EAST OF BOWMAN CAUSING URBAN FLOODING. RADAR HAS ESTIMATED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN IN A THREE HOUR PERIOD ALONG A LINE FROM EASTERN BOWMAN COUNTY...NORTHEAST THROUGH HETTINGER COUNTY INTO NORTHERN GRANT COUNTY.
