THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BISMARCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN BOTTINEAU COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF BOTTINEAU

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 1015 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
  RAIN FROM 10 MILES WEST OF BOTTINEAU...EAST TO THE BOTTINEAU
  COUNTY LINE. THE STORMS WERE NEARLY STATIONARY. LAKE METIGOSHE
  STATE PARK REPORTED ONE AND A HALF INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HALF
  HOUR. VERY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT HOUR...WITH 2 TO
  3 INCHES OF RAIN LIKELY ACROSS THE EAST HALF OF BOTTINEAU 
  COUNTY.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
