HOMINY TO RAMONA TO NOWATA TO WEST OF MIAMI. STORMS ARE WEAKENING AS
THEY MOVE SOUTHEAST...WITH THE LOSS OF DAYTIME HEATING. WEAK LOW
LEVEL CONVERGENCE AND MODERATE INSTABILITY HAVE BEEN ENOUGH TO
PRODUCE SEVERAL WALL CLOUDS/FUNNELS ACROSS OUR NORTHEASTERN
COUNTIES. STORMS IN SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND OSAGE COUNTIES NOW
BEGINNING TO GUST OUT PER LATEST 88D DATA...SO MAIN SHORT TERM
THREAT WILL BE STRONG WINDS THERE. MEANWHILE LARGE HAIL WILL BE MAIN

OKLAHOMA AT 745 THIS EVENING. THESE STORMS HAVE BEEN WEAKENING AS
THEY MOVE SOUTH AND THIS WEAKENING TREND IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE.

ALTHOUGH THE STORMS ARE NOT OVERLY STRONG AND ARE NOT SUPERCELLULAR
IN NATURE...MODERATE INSTABILITY AND WEAK LOW LEVEL CONVERGENCE IS
RESULTING IN FAVORABLE CONDITIONS FOR LANDSPOUT TYPE TORNADOES.
NUMEROUS FUNNEL CLOUDS AND TORNADOES HAVE ALREADY BEEN REPORTED WITH
THESE STORMS IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS.

PERSONS IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ARKANSAS
SHOULD REMAIN ALERT TO THE POSSIBILITY OF FUNNEL CLOUDS AND BRIEF
