EFFECTIVE THIS SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING FROM 645 PM UNTIL
MIDNIGHT CDT.

HAIL TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70
MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS.

THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH AREA IS ALONG AND 70 STATUTE MILES
EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 35 MILES WEST SOUTHWEST OF PIERRE
SOUTH DAKOTA TO 60 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF ROSEGLEN NORTH DAKOTA.

HOUR OR SO. ALTHOUGH AIR MASS DESTABILIZATION HAS BEEN SLOWED DUE
TO EXTENSIVE CLOUD COVER...STRENGTH OF APPROACHING UPPER SYSTEM AND
PRESENCE OF STEEP MID LEVEL LAPSE RATES WILL SUPPORT A LARGE
HAIL/WIND DAMAGE THREAT THIS EVENING.
