* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN BENSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
  EDDY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
  NELSON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA
  SOUTH CENTRAL RAMSEY COUNTY IN NORTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA

* AT 952 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE MOVING ACROSS THE
  WARWICK...CRARY AND LAKOTA AREAS. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT
  20 MPH.

* TOKIO...HAMAR...TOLNA...BARTLETT...AND LAKOTA WILL BE AFFECTED
  BY HEAVY RAIN. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT 1.5 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN SINCE 900 PM IN AN AREA FROM WEST OF
  NEW ROCKFORD...THROUGH WARWICK TO NEAR LAKOTA. RADAR ALSO
  INDICATED THAT STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA WERE
  HEADING TO THE NORTHEAST AND WILL BE MOVING INTO THE WARNING AREA
  BY MIDNIGHT...BRINGING ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS.

MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
FLOAT MOST CARS DOWNSTREAM.
