* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MENARD COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
  NORTHWEST SUTTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST TEXAS
  SCHLEICHER COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 115 AM CDT

* AT 1009 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A       
  NEARLY STATIONARY LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN   
  ALONG AND NORTH OF A SONORA TO MENARD LINE.  

* RAINFALL TOTALING 1 TO 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN IN THE WARNED  
  AREA...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO 2 INCHES EXPECTED THROUGH   
  115 AM CDT.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND 
ARROYOS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER DEPTH 
MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
DRIVE AROUND BARRICADES. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

BASIN AND SOUTH PLAINS. WITH STORMS MOVING THROUGH...WILL CARRY LIKELY
POPS AREAWIDE FOR TONIGHT. UPPER SYSTEM CLEARS EVEN THE SOUTHEAST
