* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KIMBLE COUNTY IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 221 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ACROSS MUCH OF KIMBLE COUNTY.

* THE THUNDERSTORM WITH EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 
  630 PM...WITH ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 3 INCHES OR MORE      
  POSSIBLE.  THE HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING ACROSS MUCH OF 
  KIMBLE COUNTY...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE SOUTH LLANO RIVER.

DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER DEPTH
MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
DRIVE AROUND BARRICADES. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN VEHICLES.

FLOOD WATERS WILL BE MOVING DOWN THE SOUTH LLANO RIVER ACROSS 
SOUTHERN KIMBLE COUNTY.  RESIDENTS ALONG THE SOUTH LLANO RIVER AND 
OTHER SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS SHOULD MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.
