* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN STANLY COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 315 PM EDT

* AT 1215 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED SLOW
  MOVING THUNDERSTORMS REDEVELOPING OVER STANLY COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS
  THIS MORNING DUMPED 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN FROM NEAR ALBEMARLE
  TO RICHFIELD SATURATING THE GROUND. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WILL
  CAUSE STREAMS AND CREEKS TO RISE ABOVE BANKFUL AND THREATEN AREA
  STREETS AND ROADS.

* THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BRING AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAINFALL BETWEEN 1215 PM AND 115 PM.
