THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RANDOLPH COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 1000 PM EDT

* AT 822 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED   
THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER CENTRAL RANDOLPH COUNTY 
EXTENDING FROM NEAR SEAGROVE TO ASHEBORO AND RANDLEMAN.  THESE STORMS 
CONTINUE TO FORM TO THE SOUTH AND DRIFT NORTHWARD OVER THE SAME 
AREA.  RAINFALL RATES OF ONE TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING. 
IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER
COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
