* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EXTREME NORTHERN SAMPSON COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 945 PM EDT

* AT 745 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.

   HEAVY RAIN IN AND SOUTH OF NEWTON GROVE TOTALING NEAR 3 INCHES IN
   AN HOUR WILL PRODUCE FLOODING. THIS AREA IS LIKELY TO INCLUDE
   INTERSTATE 40 JUST SOUTH OF NEWTON GROVE. RAIN WILL LIKELY
   CONTINUE IN THIS AREA THROUGH 815 PM.

   DRIVING ACROSS OR THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS IS THE NUMBER ONE
   CAUSE OF WEATHER RELATED FATALITIES IN NORTH CAROLINA. DO NOT
