THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
    WAKE COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 815 PM EDT

* AT 615 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN
  THE WARNED AREA.  THESE STORMS WILL MOVE EAST TO THE RTP ... RDU
  AIRPORT BY 630 PM. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE AROUND 7 TO 8 MPH WITH
  2 INCHES OF RAIN POSSIBLE FROM THESE SLOW MOVING STORMS. IF
  TRAVELING IN AND AROUND WEST WAKE COUNTY PLEASE CONCLUDE THIS
  ACTION. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE IN FLOODED ROADWAYS. THESE
  STORMS WILL SLOWLY MOVE THROUGH WAKE COUNTY MAKING THE REST OF THE
