* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  HALIFAX COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 845 PM EDT

* AT 639 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY
  HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.
  STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH OR LESS WITH HEAVY RAINS OVER
  THE MEDOC MOUNTAIN STATE PARK AND AREAS OF WESTERN HALIFAX
  COUNTY. TWO INCHES OF RAIN IN ONE HOUR IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE     F
