CHESTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 1130 AM EST. * AT 926 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A RENEWED AREA OF HEAVY RAINS HAS MOVED INTO THE WESTERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
