MONTGOMERY COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA BUCKS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 945 AM EST. * AT 645 AM EST...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED BETWEEN TWO AND THREE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE REGION SINCE LATE SATURDAY NIGHT.
