DELAWARE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA * UNTIL 1000 AM EST. * AT 721 AM EST...THE PUBLIC REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGHOUT SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA...NORTHERN DELAWARE AND NORTHEAST MARYLAND. RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF 3 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED IN DELAWARE. RADAR INDICATED RAINFALL OF 2 TO 2 1/2 INCHES IN DELAWARE COUNTY PENNSYLVANIA.
