RIDGING ACROSS THE NORTHERN GULF. VIS SAT & 88D SHOWS GOOD COVERAGE OF TSRA OVER SE TX AND COASTAL WATERS THROUGH S LA AND SE LA. MAJOR FEATURES OF NOTE WILL BE THE MID/UPPER RIDGE OVER SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST US...AND HOW IT WILL CHANGE OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
