ELSE...WIDELY SCT/SCT SH/-TSRA HAS BEEN THE RULE. OUTFLOWS AND THE DEEP TROPICAL MOISTURE SHOULD HELP KEEP THE CONVECTION GOING THROUGH THE EVENING.
