* AT 1245 AM CST...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS IN WALKER COUNTY REPORTED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN AND WATER STARTING TO COVER STATE HIGHWAY 30 NEAR
  FM 2550. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT
  TWO HOURS...LIKELY RESULTING IN FLOODING.

SATELLITE TRENDS...HAVE GONE AHEAD AND ISSUED A FLASH FLOOD WATCH
FOR OUR NORTHERN COUNTIES. ALTHOUGH SOME SLIGHT CLOUD TOP WARMING IS
EVIDENT ON MOST RECENT INFRARED SATELLITE PICTURES...TRAINING RAINS
ARE BECOMING ORIENTED NORTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST ACROSS OUR NORTHERN
COUNTIES. PORTIONS OF THESE COUNTIES...ESPECIALLY EXTREME NORTHERN
BURLESON AND NORTHERN BRAZOS COUNTIES...HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED SOME
HEAVY RAINS THIS EVENING...AND A FLASH FLOOD THREAT WILL GROW OVER
THE NEXT FEW HOURS AS HILL COUNTRY STORMS SLOWLY EDGE TOWARD OUR
