SOUTH) AND FOR ADJACENT WCNTRL MN (ADA TO BRECKENRIDGE).  CONCERN IS
ACTIVITY WILL DEVELOP SOUTHEAST INTO SE ND OVERNIGHT AND MAY NOT
MOVE MUCH DUE TO DIFFLUENT FLOW ALOFT.  IN ADDITION...SPC THINKS MCS
IN SE MT WILL TRACK ALONG SD/ND BORDER TONIGHT AND THIS MAY REACH SE
