THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EAST ACROSS THE
REGION OVERNIGHT.
* FINGAL...LUCCA...AYR...ABSARAKA...AND FARGO/MOORHEAD WILL BE
AFFECTED BY HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES IN AN

CHAFFEE AREAS. A LARGE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL SPREAD
ACROSS THE CASS AND CLAY COUNTY AREAS PRODUCING FLOODING. ADDITIONAL
THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING IN THE JAMESTOWN AREA AND WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE VALLEY CITY...LITCHVILLE...CASSELTON AND FARGO/MOORHEAD
AREAS THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR
VEHICLE INTO WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH. ONE OR TWO FEET OF WATER WILL
FLOAT MOST CARS DOWNSTREAM.
