  SARGENT COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN NORTH DAKOTA

  INDICATED A LINE OF INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WITH TORRENTIAL  RAIN
  MOVING SLOWLY EAST FROM WESTERN SARGENT COUNTY TO NORTHWEST
  RICHLAND COUNTY. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WERE DEVELOPING
  TO THE WEST OF THIS AREA WILL ALSO MOVE OVER THE REGION THROUGH THE
  EARLY MORNING HOURS.

* RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR
  WERE INDICATED FROM THE STORMS AS THEY PASSED OVER RANSOM AND
  WESTERN SARGENT COUNTIES.
  FLOODED ROADWAYS...OVERFLOWING DITCHES AND WATER FLOWING OVER
  ROADS CAN BE EXPECTED FROM LISBON TO HAVANA AND FROM LIDGERWOOD
  TO WYNDMERE AND WALCOTT.
  THE WILD RICE RIVER WILL ALSO BEGIN TO RISE FROM THE INCREASED
  RUNOFF.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS A}T NIGHT WHEN THE DANGERS OF FLASH FLOODING
