ECHOES ARE INCREASING ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS WITH NUMEROUS
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS AWAITING JUST SOUTH OF THE RIO GRANDE;
WILL INCREASE POPS OVER ALL BUT THE DEL RIO AREA. WILL NOT REMOVE
SEVERE WORDING SINCE COOL TEMPS AT THE SURFACE AND ALOFT HAS RESULTED IN
LARGE HAIL REACHING THE SURFACE FROM OTHERWISE MARGINAL STORMS.
THOUGH TRAINING OF ECHOES REMAINS POSSIBLE, THERE REMAINS A LACK OF
FOCUS FOR SIGNIFICANT TRAINING OF ECHOES. THEREFORE, WILL ONLY ADD
MENTION OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS. LATEST ETA RUN SUGGESTS THE 2ND
