  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTH OF TEXHOMA...OR ABOUT 17 MILES   
  EAST OF STRATFORD...MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.

THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE
ENTIRE TEXAS AND OKLAHOMA PANHANDLES FOR LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
TONIGHT.

HIGH DEW POINTS AND STRONG DAYTIME HEATING WILL HELP THE ATMOSPHERE
BECOME MODERATELY UNSTABLE THIS AFTERNOON. ALSO A WEAK COOL FRONT IS
SLOWLY MOVING SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE TODAY AND WILL
WEAKEN THE CAP OVER THE AREA. AN ADDITION...ALONG AND TO THE NORTH
OF THIS FRONT LOW LEVEL CONVERGENCE AND UPSLOPE FLOW WILL ALSO HELP
BREAK THE CAP LATER TODAY. THE MAIN THREAT FROM THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE WINDS.
