HIGH DEW POINTS AND STRONG DAYTIME HEATING WILL HELP THE ATMOSPHERE BECOME MODERATELY UNSTABLE THIS AFTERNOON. ALSO A WEAK COOL FRONT IS SLOWLY MOVING SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE TEXAS PANHANDLE TODAY AND WILL WEAKEN THE CAP OVER THE AREA.
