GRAY COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE * UNTIL 245 AM CDT * AT 1140 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS MUCH OF GRAY COUNTY. THESE HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 INCH PER HOUR WILL RESULT IN FURTHER RUNOFF AND RAPID RISING WATER. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
