THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN RANDALL COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 200 AM CDT

* PARK RANGERS IN PALO DURO CANYON STATE PARK INDICATED WATER CROSSINGS 
  ALREADY BECOMING IMPASSABLE. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY 
  RAIN WILL MOVE ACROSS RANDALL COUNTY THROUGH 1 AM. ADDITIONAL RUNOFF 
  FROM THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE A RAPID RISE ON STREAMS AND 
  CREEKS ACROSS SOUTHERN RANDALL COUNTY.
