THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AMARILLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CARSON COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

* UNTIL 230 AM CDT

* AT 1122 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS MUCH OF CARSON COUNTY. THESE
  HEAVY RAIN PRODUCING THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
  WHITE DEER...SKELLYTOWN AND PANHANDLE

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF WILL INUNDATE ROADS AND FARM AND RANCH LAND. DO NOT
DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS! NEVER #ATTEMPT TO CROSS FLOWING WATER
IN A CAR OR ON FOOT.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE FLOOD
