WEST BEFORE SUNRISE. LATEST SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS LARGEST PRESSURE
FALLS AND THE LOWEST LIFTED INDICES SOUTH ALONG THE RED
RIVER...THOUGH MODERATE INSTABILITIES AND PRESSURE FALLS EXTEND
NORTHEASTWARD ALL THE WAY INTO CENTRAL MO.
