AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NASHVILLE TN 215 PM CDT THU JUN 24 1999 LOW PRES AREA MOVING SLOWLY EASTWARD ACROSS OHIO RIVER VALLEY CONTINUES TO PRODUCE SCATTERED SHOWERS OVER NORTHERN MIDDLE TN. EXPECT THIS TREND TO CONTINUE, AS LOW PRES SYSTEM MAINTAINS ITS SLOW EWD TRACK OVERNIGHT. BELIEVE MAIN RAIN AREA TO MIGRATE THROUGH NASHVILLE AREA THIS EVENING AND INTO NORTHEASTERN MIDDLE TN BY LATE TONIGHT. EXPECT SOME CLEARING TO TAKE PLACE OVER SOME PARTS OF WESTERN PARTS OF THE MID-STATE AFTER MIDNIGHT, AS DRIER AIR WORKS IN ON THE BACKSIDE OF LOW PRES AREA.
