STONEWALL COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS * UNTIL 815 PM CDT * AT 750 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 12 MILES SOUTH OF PEACOCK...OR ABOUT 18 MILES SOUTHEAST OF JAYTON...MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 10 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS IN OR NEAR THE PATH OF THE TORNADO INCLUDE SWENSON...PEACOCK AND ASPERMONT. THE SAFEST PLACE TO BE DURING A TORNADO IS IN A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR OTHER PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
