THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  KENT COUNTY IN NORTHWEST TEXAS
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF JAYTON

* UNTIL 1215 AM CDT

* AT 915 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY       
  HEAVY RAIN OVER MOST OF KENT COUNTY. 

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE GIRARD AND CLAIREMONT

RADAR IS ESTIMATING RAINFALL TOTALS OF AT LEAST 2 TO 3 INCHES OVER 
MUCH OF THE SOUTHERN HALF OF KENT COUNTY SINCE 6 PM THIS EVENING.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
