AN UPPER LEVEL LOW LOCATED OVER NORTHERN ARIZONA THIS MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY EASTWARD TODAY. A VERY UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE WILL REMAIN OVER WEST TEXAS AND EASTERN NEW MEXICO.
