TXZ021>044-251900- AREA THUNDERSTORM OUTLOOK NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE LUBBOCK TX 1132 AM CDT TUE MAY 25 1999 THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE SOUTH PLAINS...THE LOW ROLLING PLAINS AND THE SOUTHERN PANHANDLE THROUGH TONIGHT. AN UPPER LEVEL LOW LOCATED OVER NORTHERN ARIZONA THIS MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY EASTWARD TODAY. A VERY UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE WILL REMAIN OVER WEST TEXAS AND EASTERN NEW MEXICO. IMPULSES MOVING INTO THE REGION AHEAD OF THE UPPER LEVEL LOW... SURFACE CONVERGENCE BOUNDARIES AND THE UNSTABLE ATMOSPHERE WILL COMBINE TO PRODUCE THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.
