* TORNADO WARNING FOR
   - ST BERNARD PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA
   - NORTHERN PLAQUEMINES PARISH IN SOUTHEASTERN LOUISIANA

* UNTIL 1220 AM CST

* AT 1148 PM CST... DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
  CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO BETWEEN BELLE CHASSE AND
  BERTRANDVILLE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 40 MPH.

* THE STORM WILL AFFECT AREAS NEAR BELLE CHASSE AND DELACROIX.
