WHERE CLOUDS HAVE BROKEN...TEMPS ARE IN THE MID TO UPPER 60S. VIS SAT IMAGERY SHOWS BROKEN DECK INTO EAST TX WITH A STRATUS DECK ON A LINE FROM NEAR LUFKIN TO JUST WEST OF HOU TO VICTORIA.
